the age of UK's first time buyer is now 32

The average age for the UK's first time buyer from 2021 is now 32. Every region was above 30, and has increased from 29, ten years earlier.

The increase for this could be due to the cost of living increasing, Covid-19 and the large increase in house prices. Even though there are many Government backed incentives on the market, saving for a deposit can be a lot harder now as there is a lot more needed. Source: Halifax.
